For many of us, exercising or working out is a way of life. Simply put, it is a part of our lifestyle and part of our everyday routine. Just like brushing our teeth.  With exercise, we experience positive effects, such as stress reduction and beneficial achievements, such as knowing that we are doing something good for this mass of skin, bones and muscles we are walking around in.
